If you email us or place an order through Etsy, we may receive your name, email address, order details, messages, and the stories or personalization details you choose to share. We use these details to respond to you, prepare and deliver your game, support your order, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Share only information needed for your game. Use first names or nicknames where possible. Please avoid sensitive information, private details about other people without their permission, or information you would not want included in the finished game.

Website visits and interactive features

We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand website traffic, page interactions and usability. These services may process technical information such as device, browser, approximate location, pages viewed, clicks, scroll activity and session information under their own privacy terms. We use this information to improve the site and do not intentionally send the stories or personalization details you submit for an Etsy order to these analytics tools.

Cloudflare hosts and protects the website and may process technical request information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages and request times. If you request the free Holiday Game Night Kit, we store the email address, optional first name, consent status and signup source needed to deliver the resource and manage the email sequence.

Etsy and payments

Purchases and payment processing take place on Etsy. We do not collect payment card details through this website. Etsy handles information under its own Privacy Policy. Etsy may share order and contact information with us so we can fulfill and support your purchase.
